One of the worst experiences of the world be it for men or women, excessive hair fall is really a matter of concern.
It's so for not only losing of beauty but it may be a sign of a my dangerous disease. So, if you're facing excessive hair fall then I'll suggest you to consult a doctor immediately.
But if your hair problem is not any major one (that is approximately 10 to 50 hair per day) then the following tips will obviously help you.

1. Oiling your hair regularly: Nowadays one of the main reason of hair fall has become avoiding oil for hair. Oil adds important nutrients to your hair.It nourishes hair follicles.

2. Massaging hair scalp:
Massage your hair scalp daily with a little amount of oil. Oil will nourish hair and massage will increase blood circulation in brain which will improve hair growth.
3. Use a wide toothed comb: 
Prefer a wide toothed comb and if possible wooden comb. It will give your hai nourishment.
4. Brush your hair as less as possible :
Too much brushing can damage hair, weaken hair root. Try to comb hair not more than 3 times a day.
5. Avoid heating hair: 
Hair drier, straightener, give your hair obviously a temporary shine but it actually damages hair in deep.So avoid these as much as possible.

6. Use toxin free shampoo: 
Your shampoo may be the reason of your hair fall. So at first check your shampoo. If it contains any harsh chemical then replace it with a better one.
7. Eat vitamin C rich food :
Vitamin C is the most important nutrient for hair growth. So prefer fruits like Amla, lemon etc.
