With a lot of challenges coming up every day in one's life that leads to irregular sleeping habits, eating processed and unhealthy food because of our busy schedule which ultimately leads us to feel sleepy the whole day.

Even I had this problem so I did in-depth research on how to avoid being sleepy the whole day being at home or work. Here are a few tips to avoid daytime sleepiness.

 1. Have a purpose in life: This is very important why one gets daytime sleepiness or not able to get up early having a purpose in life for which one knows have to work reduces the daytime sleepiness.

2. Prepare your mind: tell your subconscious mind that you are active, happy, and not sleepy. say this at-least two to three times a day if your subconscious mind will get it that this is not the time to sleep you will surely not feel sleepy the whole day. I have tried this method and it works.

3. Exercise daily: Exercise is very important for your body as well as the mind, doing exercise reduces stress and helps you to remain productive.

4. Have a sleeping schedule: always try to have a schedule and make your mind to not expose your eyes to blue light at least one hour before going to bed. try to sleep early and wake up early.

5. Make yourself busy: being busy is the best way to not get daytime sleepiness, and at the end of the day when one gets tired gets the best sleep. A pattern is built in the mind and that makes you sleep in the set schedule.

6. Let go of worries: while sleeping at night, we often think of the next day or anything that is causing trouble in our mind, therefore it is essential to relax your mind by doing simple exercise before bed, it gives relief from all the tension.

7.  Simple bedtime exercise: bedtime exercise is a very important look for a simple exercise that will help you to sleep better. 

Daytime sleepiness has symptoms like fatigue, taking some type of medication, these symptoms can be seen in 20% of the population as they do not maintain a good sleeping schedule. working overnight etc. These can be avoided by consulting a doctor or following the tips listed above

Feeling tired is normal sometimes don't push yourself too much, giving your body a healthy sleep in a day sometimes is OK, but sleep disorder can have a long-lasting effect on your body, brain and will ultimately affect your life. daytime sleepiness is a major issue in youth today they feel tired the whole day, laziness, and other symptoms. This should be taken seriously and one should work upon this.
