removed from their phone. In such a situation, some Indian apps are 
getting popular among the people. These Indian applications are being 
viewed as the option of Chinese app.

2. Chingari
 This
 has been prepared to Boycott of Chinese Apps.This app is designed by 
Biswatma Nayak and Siddharth Gautam together. You will find the videos 
like Funny Video, Status Video, Trending News. It is also available in 
Indian languages other than Hindi and English. You can watch videos 
according to your choice and share it with your friends.
It 
currently has a rating of 4.5 on the Play Store and has been downloaded 
over 500k times. Its download size is 31 MB.  This app has been a tough 
competition to the Chinese app tik tok.
3. Mitron
 This
 app was removed from the Play Store some time ago.  But again this app 
is back on the Play Store.  This is a short video making platform 
designed by Shivank Agarwal, a student of IIT ROORKEE.  The user 
interface of this app is very similar to tik tok.  Therefore it is 
becoming very popular among people.
 It currently has a 4.5 rating on the Play Store.  It has been downloaded more than 10 million times so far.
 Its download size is 4.3 MB which can be downloaded for free from the Play Store.
4. Roposo
 This
 app is  prepared by three students of IIT DELHI. It's CEO is Mayank 
Bhangadia.  Its headquarters is located in Gurgaon, India. Apart from 
Hindi, English, the app is also available in Indian languages like 
Punjabi, Telugu, Gujarati, Marathi, Kannada, Bangla and Tamil.  You can 
make great videos by using stickers, filters and effects in it.  It has 
many great features like slow motion, time lapse etc.
 It has a
 4.7 rating on the Google Play Store and has been downloaded more than 
50 million times so far.  Its download size is 19 MB.
