a quite long time now we have been quarantined. The opening of lockdown
in many places across the country on a thing, we can do is improve our
immunity.
Taking precautionary measures is very important and keeping in
mind that we are the ones who can protect us. one of the best things to
protect oneself is by improving our immunity. so let's check which is

1. Increase your intake of vitamin D:
vitamin D and immunity booster are quite linked. one should increase
the intake of vitamin D few of the foods rich in vitamin D are egg yolk,
fatty fish, meat, papaya, carrot, etc and these can be readily

not only improving immunity exercise regularly is very important to
increase productivity level. just one hour of exercise every morning or a
half an hour is good to go. one can meditate or do yoga.

hydrated is good as low level of water intake can effect in several
ways like having headache, skin problem which will affect ones day to

sugar in any form is very harmful and we do not notice but sugar is
present in all most every packed food we eat. It directly affects our
healthy lifestyle and reduces the intake of healthy food we eat.

Home remedies that could be made to improve immunity
1. Turmeric tea: turmeric
can be mixed with any other spices also to make drinks but turmeric can
be drunk separately as a tea. just boil water and add one spoon of
turmeric powder in it and drink.
2. Turmeric, ginger, and honey tea:
grate the ginger and take turmeric powder mix both of them in boiling
water add honey in the cup, and stir it thoroughly. It tastes good and
can be replaced with regular tea.
3. Indian gooseberry(Amla):
Amla can be made into powder, eaten raw, or made Amla water by adding
the powder into water. this remedy is very effective because of the rich
properties.
4. Lemon and ginger tea: this
is also a very effective recipe that can be included in one's life for
immunity booster. Just grate the ginger and add it to boiling water
stain it in the cut and add lemon to it
