What is meditation:-
Meditation
 is a physical activity by which we can calm our fickle mind, sometimes 
we are doing something else but our attention is elsewhere, due to which
 we have to suffer many times. Even 10 to 15 minutes daily, by 
meditation, we can strengthen our routine, by meditating continuously, 
the mind remains calm and positive thoughts start to arise in our mind, 
as a result of which we are able to do our work properly.
 
Meditation
 can be done in the morning in the afternoon or even in the evening, but
 the most suitable time for meditation is considered to be morning 
because the atmosphere is very quiet and fresh in the morning, 
meditation should always be done in a quiet place, this makes us easy to
 calm our mind. First of all, we have to sit in meditation posture by 
beating the legs and after this, we have to try to calm our mind by 
closing our eyes, during this time many thoughts will come in our mind, 
but we have to keep our mind steady and focus on our breath. In the 
beginning, focus is only for 2 to 3 minutes. Later gradually increase 
the time of meditation. There is difficulty in meditating in the first 
five to seven days, but after a few days you will be able to easily 
overcome your fickle mind.
 Benefits of Meditation:-
The
 biggest advantage of meditation is that it relieves our mental tension 
and calms our fickle mind due to which positive energy is produced in 
our body. Which has a positive effect on our body, attention is not less
 than a boon for people who get angry quickly and for people with high 
blood pressure. Anyone can do meditation, but it is very beneficial for 
the students and working man. The benefits of meditation start appearing
 in 20 to 25 days and by meditating continuously you can control your
