First of all, we have to sit in meditation posture by beating the legs and after this, we have to try to calm our mind by closing our eyes, during this time many thoughts will come in our mind, but we have to keep our mind steady and focus on our breath. In the beginning, focus is only for 2 to 3 minutes. Later gradually increase the time of meditation. There is difficulty in meditating in the first five to seven days, but after a few days you will be able to easily overcome your fickle mind.
