This update of Whatsapp's Payment Option has been found in almost all countries of the world. People in many countries of the world are using Whatsapp PAY.
Whatsapp PAY was supposed to be launched in India in the middle of 2020. This update of Whatsapp PAY in India is currently pending in India. It is generally expected that Whatsapp PAY will be launched in India by the end of this year or early next year.

After the launch of Whatsapp PAY, all Whatsapp users will have to update the official App of Whatsapp on their smartphones. Then go to settings and click on Payment Option and select the bank account linked with Phone Number and turn on the Payment option by OTP verification [any payments bank can also be added].
