How many calories should you consume throughout the day. this depends on 4 things:



1) Your weight
2) Your age
3)Your Activity lavel
4)Your gender(Male/Female

To live we need energy that we get in the form of calories. Even if we slept the whole day, the body needs energy to keep our organs working properly. This is what we call BMR.


 How many calories do you take every day to stay fit

Bed metabolic rate (BMR)


The amount of BMR calories we need to perform basic body functions such as breathing, digestion, etc. No one should eat at least this calorie every day. BMR is different for everyone. It is 1600-1800 calories for men on average and 1300-1500 calories per day for women.
